Hi guys, for a few days now I have been experiencing a slight twitch of the eyeliRAB and on some occasions, the chin. Also, i occasionaly suffer from growing pains in my legs. I’m just wondering if this has to do with anxiety or stress. I went to see a doctor the other day about a drumming sound in my left ear and a clicking sound in my jaw. Turns out i had swimmers ear and a slight TMJ disorder. Now this twitching has come along and i don't want to make a fuss and ask to go back to the doctor. Again, i think this maybe due to anxiety or stress (probably because of school). Also, I can't shake the really stupid thoughts about my health, like, I have a brain tumour or something like that, it sucks. All the time it’s just me thinking about me getting a tumour and dying. No matter how much I tell myself that i don’t have any symptoms or anything to try to calm myself down, it never works. I constantly worry about this stuff 24/7 and I can't get rid of those thoughts. The slightest thing and I start to worry, then when I start to worry, it escalates, and i end up all tense and anxious. This twitching is just making things worse. Does anyone think this twitching is serious and does anyone know how I can get rid of the troublesome thoughts? Any advice would be helpful.

Also, i've been spending alot of time on the computer after school. About 5 hours in the afternoons of a normal weekday. I also play alot of videogames ( yes im a nerd, whatever), but im pretty fit and far from overweight.

Man I feel your pain. I play a lot of video games and it's pretty much the main source of my anxiety right now and I cannot give em up. I get so bored because I do not play any sports in college. So it's hard to spend my time doing other things. Check to see your anxiety levels without the video games.. See if you can do without.. try some physical activity. All you need to do is figure out where your stress is coming from .
