Annoyed with T-Mob

I am so sick of the issues with my curve. I have spoken to them over and over and over. My phone is restarting in the middle of regular UMA calls now. I have spoken to 3 reps in the past week and they all give me some stupid answer on what I need to do on my end to fix it before they can help me further.

I have done it all. And I know more about my phone than they do. What is up with that? Seriously?
 
yeah i hear ya ... i usually have good response when i use my T-Mobile Customer Service but i feel like i know more than they do... expecially when i know whats wrong with my phone and they wont do what i ask them to do like add my feature enabler because i accidently got rid of it... maybe a stupid question but have you tried reloading or updating your Operating System
 
Reloaded the OS, reset the router, "re-did" everything. I am just annoyed that they have made me call in so many times and the last three were younger girls, and treated me a little like I was stupid - even though one of them didn't know about the OS upgrade to come and another didn't know what I meant by clearing the Event Log. I don't ever remember treating my "elders" (ok, I'm not even 40...) like jerks when in CS roles.

The next one to offer me free minutes gets it!
