I only saw the first couple minutes of this movie about 4-5 years ago...It started out with 2 people fighting in a caged boxing ring, with people standing on all sides watching. The two people turned into animals..I think they were a bird or dragon and I think the other was a tiger? There were also water goblins that came out of any water, they wore top hats and a raincoat, to make them look like they were people. I remember there was a girl in a girls bathroom, and the water goblin formed from a drip that came from the faucet and it kidnapped the girl.....Does anyone happen to know what this movie may have been called?
