Okay this may be a far stretch question...but when I was little (early 90s) I used to watch these cartoons, and they were all on VHS...I think I had a few different ones. They were little anime-like cartoon characters, I think they were supposed to be kids. The animation was all anime style, but it was in English...so I dont think it was a true chinese/japanese anime cartoon. I remember one was a halloween episode...I think.
Its so vague in my memory but it's REALLY bugging me to find out the name!
Anyone around the age of 22 remember anything like this? It was all about learning manners and being nice to people blah blah. Typical kid show stuff. But they weren't like learning shows, not like Dora or anything. They were actual episodes and it had story lines.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
