I went to anime convention last may 31, 2008 at mall of Asia,
I saw there 2 persons who wore black skirt,black booths and black dress...girls of course...
any guess what anime characters they were????
i really want to watch that anime bec. they look cute...

Sounds like your typical loli goth girl to me, those have become so common in animes whether it be a main character or just some small role, aside from that i cant help too much. If you can provide a picture odds are i can hunt it down for you.
