Anime fans, don't you find Anime as an art form repetitious?

I adore anime personally, I have been a fan of it since childhood.

But don't you agree that it lacks variation?

They all seem to be linked through a similar forumla is what I'm getting at.

For example there are the same types of characters in every anime just with different names and images.

There's always the cute wide-eyed up beat main heroine protagonist who is oblivious to anything dirty.

There's always the quite good looking cold male lead who as the series progresses becomes less withdrawn.

There's always the male sidekick who is comic relief.

The quite yet sexy serious woman etc etc.

Do you get my point?
