Animation music

So this is what I thought.:shrug:

Take animation(cartoons,anime,whatever) and put it with music that you see fit.:yawn:

I got the Idea while listening to KMFDM - "Preach-Pervert":cool: and I thought:shrug:,
hey:eek:! This remind me of Batman beyond:eek:!
So, I started to think:shrug: of other shows that could get together with other music songs.
Eventually I started this thread to see what others have on their minds:shrug:.

Though I wouldn't advice for anyone to post links to a certain site. It's evil:evil:. Remember that.
Though names of the songs are ok.:) Otherwise it could be hard knowing what you're talking about.
 
Oh, at first I thought this thread was about animation with great music/soundtracks, then I would've listed Studio Ghibli films, Inuyasha, Phineas and Ferb, and Hey Arnold right away :sweat:.

But for songs that remind me of certain cartoons, I'd say:
Must Be Dreaming by Frou Frou gives me a Spirited Away feel every time. I was thinking of making an AMV out of it, actually...

And Alien by Jehst would be a perfect song for The Boondocks. It's something I can imagine Huey bobbing his head to and the lyrics are really beautiful and insightful.
 
This is how AMV editors get their start.

There are many songs that remind me of cartoons. Too many to post here. I should start making AMVs it would be much easier.

As for animatio with great music, there are links in my sig for that. :D
 
Ha, yeah. There's a ton of AMV's out there with Fort Minor's Remember the Name for Naruto, and the same goes for Sakura Drops by Utada Hiikaru. That's expected though, since "Sakura" is the girl's name.
