Animal Crossing: City Folk FISHING PROBLEM?

okay i have the guide and everything for animal crossign city folk for wii. but i think my guide has a typo because it does not tell me when they Sea Ray comes out. im trying to get the golden fishing rod so if anybody knows when it comes out that would be great. thanks! =)

oh and if you know, how do you cross-breed flowers in AC:CF?
