 That happens a lot.

This movie is pretty faithful to the book. The book does have subplots the movie cut, one with reporters tracking down the story, the other has a few Science vs. Religion speeches made by tertiary characters. But overall, the movie was the book's main plot through and through.

[sp]I read the book years ago, but I don't remember the Pope suspecting anything.[/sp]

I just saw this last night, and it was really fun to watch.
I haven't read the book though, is it too different? Because what happened to me with The Da Vinci Code was that I saw the movie, liked it, then read the book and realized how different it was, and now I like the book but not the movie . So I was wondering just how much they changed.

I don't know if this qualifies as a spoiler, but just in case: [sp]In the book, does the Pope (the one that dies) suspect that someone may be trying to kill him? Because in the movie he had security cameras but didn't even tell the camerlengo about it.[/sp]

[sp]oh ok, so it was the Camalengo who had done that to the car. I understand now. Thanks.

The way he died in the book was different :) [/sp]

It's really strange but I found myself really loving the car sequences. When they were driving really fast. I don't know why

Wasnt it because his job was done, he got rid of all the bodies that he needed to, so having him around had no point and he was the only other one in on the secret (i havent read the book (will do sooon) but thats what i thought)

I loved it. I think it helped that I only finished reading the book last week because I would have been totally confused if I hadn't. The music was amazing, I downloaded the soundtrack this morning. :D

[sp]Although I didn't get why the "hassain" was blown up in the car?[/sp]

Just came back from this and Star Trek

I liked it, it was much easier to follow then Da Vinci Code which i think most ppl will say

Thanks for starting this!

This one looks good. I read the book years ago and it was decent, I can't wait to see how they translate it for a movie!
