I am a travel freak.i need GPS more often than not…and i need it on places where there is no cellphone coverage.I am confused between a conventional GPS device with preloaded MAPS and The LG Optimus One P500.I have never used an Android phone before. My real concern is whether The LG Optimus has pre-installed maps in it(google maps)so that i am not required to use EDGE/3G? whether i can use my home wifi to download google maps once and for all? i really dont want to pay for GPRS/EDGE/3G connections for using the gps.can you please help me?
