Android on Virgin Mobile or iPhone on Verizon?

I'm ditching my BlackBerry on Virgin Mobile and want to go either Android or iPhone. I've had an Android operated phone before and loved it, but I'm leaning towards an iPhone. The only problem is data. I have unlimited for $35 on Virgin...which is freaking awesome. I can get a 2gb plan with an iPhone on Verizon, but I don't know if that will be enough for me. On the average day I'll probably
1) watch a YouTube video or two
2) check Facebook/Twitter/Google+ more than a few times
3) do some Googling (movie times, recipes, ect.),
4) scroll through Reddit (which involves loading a lot of images) for an hour or two.
5) use a GPS/navigation app for either driving direction and/or tracking my run
I just don't know if 2gb will be sufficient for this.

Basically, I have to decide between a shiny, pretty iPhone with limited data or a decent Android phone with the freedom of unlimited data. Opinions?
