Android Cell Phone For Gaming?

want to buy cell phone for gaming. here are my requirements

1 my budget is around 350$, 260EUR or 18,000Rs(INR)

2 must have at least 1Ghz processor and 512mb ram and good GPU

3 can run emulators like snesoid,psx4droid and gameboid...is there anyother..?

so far ive considered Samsung galaxy s, Samsung galaxy ace plus and HTC one V.

what other models should i consider?
