Android Based The WePad: A Potential Rival of the iPad?

Well iPad is gaining popularity and as a stand I think no one will beat them, but their some good Rivals who are coming to compete iPad and with Android OS, WePad is one of them! I carefully research some information between these two and make small comparison :

Looks promising, the only problem i see is if this thing fails you're kinda stuck using whatever version of android its running....unless there is and alternate way to push an android update.
