Android and Mac Syncing

What's the best way to keep an Android phone 's photos/videos/music/etc in sync with a Mac??

I use DoubleTwist, it imports all my iTunes library and sync it with my Nexus one

Development cycle is pretty fast too

Anyone used 'MissingSync'? I used to use that for my old winmo phones and had good experiences. Is something like this no longer necessary because of the cloud-syncing?

I'm new to android (former iPhone user) so I don't have a lot of experience. I've read several articles and visited many sites trying to find a process that would sync my photos, music, and ringtones from my mac. My first attempt to move a few photos caused my SD card to lock. A CS rep at a VZW store was kind enough to reformat the card for me. I've not had any trouble since and have moved several ring tones and photos to my Droid. I've chosen to manually click and drag. It takes longer but it eliminates my using a third party software tool. Finally, over 98% of the my iTunes music was manually loaded from personal CD's so I do not anticipate any problems clicking and dragging individual play list to my SD card.

I am a supporter of DoubleTwist as well. Works great for media syncing. The other stuff is handled by Google, so why bother?
