just recently, i switched from a Blackberry Pearl to a Mytouch 3G
i was aware that the data plan subscription needed to be upgraded, so i asked the person who was helping me to upgrade the data plan for my number (add the $25 data plan to my number).
(she did it supposedly)
it's been a few hours, and the internet for my Mytouch 3G still isn't working. it takes me to the m.web2go.com page and says that a subscription upgrade is required and that my current plan is not compatible with the device.
does this take a certain amount of time to process?
or could there possibly be something else wrong?
