Android 2.2 and HTC Sense Update HELP!?

I've got the HTC Desire (The original one) and it asked me last night if I want to download Android 2.2 and the newest HTC Sense Update. It would have costed me money to do it over mobile internet and I don't have WiFi, so can I dowload them on my PC and transfer the files? If so, where can I find the right ones?

I'm on T-Mobile if that helps (:
