Android 1.6 auto re-send text messages bug?

Hey guyz!

I have a SE Xperia-X10 Mini which runs on Android 1.6.
Whenever my fone restarts, around 10-15 recently sent text messages are re-sent again!
I am using the default Android's messaging application.
Is this some kind of a malware or something? Anybody facing this issue? Anybody got rid or this issue? Any suggestions to get rid of it?

i have the same problem with my mytouch 3g
every time i take out the battery or drop it and the battery pops out some old message i sent to my 2 most recent people i texted gets re-sended
and i thought it was just me
