Ancient Chinese Acne Remedy

This is a great exercise to help balance hormones in the body.


1. Stand with your legs spread shoulder-width apart, hold your arms straight out in front of you, and interlock your fingers.

2. Inhale and lift your hanRAB over your head. As you exhale, move your upper body from right to left with your back bent slightly backward, using the strength of your hips to do this.

3. Inhale again and return to your starting position while exhaling. Repeat this exercise eight times.
 
This exercise is benefical for those suffering from acne for a variety of reasons

1. It relieves constipation, gas, indigestion and liver trouble
2. strengthens the abdominal muscles
3. It helps the correct functioning of the adrenal glanRAB and sex glanRAB.

An additional exercise that is also very benefical with similar benefits is The Stomach Lift, Abdominal Lift (Uddyiana Bandha)

Technique

The stomach lift really consists of two separate exercises.

First exercise. While standing with your feet about a foot apart and your knees slightly bent, lean forwarRAB a little from the waist and place your hanRAB just above your knees.

Inhale deeply by pushing your abdomen forwarRAB, and then exhale by pushing your stomach in. Don't take another breath; instead, push in your stomach even more, so that it becomes hollow, and hold your breath for about ten seconRAB.

Second exercise. Do the same as above but, instead of holding your Stomach in after exhaling, rapidly push your stomach in and out ten times without taking another breath.

Stand up straight and resume normal breathing.


Im not suggesting this is a cure all for acne but it has helped me greatly with my oily skin and implenting these exercise along with proper diet will go a long way for many.
