Hi. I just want to have a second opinion on this question. I've had my own answer with this. I was so confident that it was right but I went surprised as my teacher told me it was wrong. Here's the question:
Find the equation of the circle given that the center is at (2,-6) and has a tangent x+2y+5=0.
