I have an anal fissure that bleeds just about every day and hurts every time after a bm. I'm waiting for insurance to kick in so I can get it taken care of.
Couple questions....
First... If I have to get surgery for this problem, how long does it generally take to heal?
Second... can I have anal sex ever again afterwards???
Also, if I don't do the surgery, but just to the sitz baths and ointment, can I still have anal sex?
This guy that I've been seeing this past month wants to have anal sex and I TOTALLY do too, but I haven't told him about this problem I have and was hoping I could get it "fixed" before having anal because I'm worried about the bleeding part grossing him out if at "the time" we're doing it I end up bleeding.
Oh and I don't need negative comments about what can happen with anal sex. I've already had anal sex years ago and loved it. The fissure is something I just recently ended up with like 2 months ago from I guess a bm gone wrong since I haven't had anal in over 5 years.
