Anal/Rectal Severe Chronic Pain Due to the Phantom Limb Syndrome

There must be others out there who are suffering the same medical condition as myself.

Phantom lirab syndrome associated chronic severe pain of the anal rectal area due to medical surgery for the removal of a large prolapsed haemorrhoid.

Large doses of pure opioid based analgesic drugs corabined with muscle relaxant drugs fail to prevent severe chronic anal/rectal pain.

The only known cure would be either stem cell treatment (in its infancy) or plastic surgery, skin grafts/transplants (not known in practice).

Is there anybody, institute or medical professional out there who is aware of such treatments being carried out?

Phantom lirab syndrome is where a lirab or lump of flesh has been surgically removed (in my case haemorrhoidectomy) and the remaining flesh pulled tight and stitched up, thus leaving the surrounding wound site's flesh in a permanent "state of stress". In an area such as the internal sphincter/rectum this state of permanent stress is very painful/debilitating.
