Hi. I live in Tampa and I was driving in the US 41, maybe a little bit over the limit (I wasnt paying attention), when an undercover cop (that was in the other lane) suddenly went in front of me, turned his red lights for 3 seconds and then he turned them off. I slowed down, we stopped in a light, he went behind my car. Then, I kept moving for about 2 minutes (under the speed limit of course), the cop went in my left side, passed me. We stopped again in another light and then he left. What does it mean?.
I would like if it is possible answers from members of the police please.
