an old health/educational game?

what is the old health educational game that came out in i belive in the 90's? it had like some cigarets and like dope and you had to go through the game making decisions whether to this or that. and you had to chose healthy food. and you aged according to what you ate and at the end the person you were playing agianst would go up against eachother and the healthier person would win. anyone know what the game was called??
