It has to at least be from the 70s or near the early 80s and the singer was playing guitar and singing like JOHN DENVER, except I'm only 40% sure it isn't John Denver. Guy had a deeper voice I think(Could be wrong).
There is only guitar in this song and his vocals (no instrumentation other than guitar) and a couple of individual old AM GOLD/Oldies stations I used to listen to years ago, played this.
Also if it helps it is in the key of E flat MAJOR.
Any ideas? =]

I also know it's E flat cuz the chord progression is like:
E flat, B flat A flat E flat
C, E flat, B flat A flat then back to E flat
