An old facebook chat window keeps popping up?

Facebook is really bad today. I keep getting notifications for things I clicked half an hour ago. You'll have to bear with it until it decided to work again.
 
1-close the window.
2-go offline on chat.
3-sign out of facebook.
4-shut your internet.
5-restart your computer.
6-retry to open you facebook. if it STILL pops up, report it.
damn, that must be annoying.
