An old cartoon I had on VHS tape?

I've had this in my head for years and I can't remember what it was. I swear it was something I had on a VHS tape when I was a kid but I know it was a cartoon. It was something about the first time a cat was chased by a dog. A cat finds a bottle and curiosity makes it open it, and out comes a dog that chases it forever or something like that. And there was a song I can only remember the tune of but not the words, only the words "Curiosity, meow" So..yeah XD
