An Odd TMo call...

So i'm not much of a fan of t-mo, but i called them @ 2am, since i was up anyway, to ask some general questions about my account and upgrading. Well suprisingly,I got the coolest TMo rep, and after getting my ?'S answered, the CSR and i chatted for about 15-20 min. About life in general and it resulted in him asking me to design an album cover for his music project. So hey, i got some work outa the deal! Nice talk w/ TMo for once!
 
haha... yea at 2-3am... it's nice... don't hafta deal w/ the "HOLD" for 20 minutes... LOL!!
People seem to be a bit more layed back then also cause their not bombarded w/ calls.

The last time I had to call them the BB CSR and I talked about all the cool programs we had on our phones.. lol..
 
Well their isn't a big issue directly getting to a CSR...
it's getting to a BB specialist for furher issues when they arrise.

Who knows tho... don't hafta call 'em much lately cause I have a good friend who's a manager there. I just contact him for issues w/ my account & it gets resolved. Nice to have inside connections! LOL!
 
They love giving out replacement phones. And if I have anymore problems they said that they would just upgrade me to the CURVE! I love tmo csrs they really know how to do customer service~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~
 
i would have to agree...T-Mo's CSRs are the best out there. They are always friendly and always helpful...infact i believe i've gotten over 1000 free minutes from them over the course of 2 months from calling in and having to deal with issues (i don't even use the 300 i pay for)...imo hands down best CS award should go to T-Mo!

and yes crystalized it really does help having someone on the inside...my wife's dad is a bank exec and he gets any stupid fees they charge me reversed (over $500)...and it's not even the same bank he works for...all about WHO you know!
