An issue impacting education in England currently?

I have a PGCE interveiw comming up and one of the questions is :

--- An understanding of the cirriculm you will be teaching " and of an issue that is impacting education in England currently, clearly researched, understood and rerlected upon personally"

Can anyone help? Im looking online as well but im a bit stuck :'(

Might want to try spelling curriculum correctly. And what is rerlected? Should that not be reflected? Also it doesn't sound like a question - sounds more like a statement?

My, it's no wonder our education system is a shambles.
