hello.

i am new to the discussion board though a long time back pain sufferer. my latest bout has been 5 months of on-going, unrelenting pain. since nothing else has helped (chiropractors, regular therapy, acupuncture, muscle activation therapy) i've decided to try an inversion board.

seeing that the average decent inversion table starts at about $300 i am wondering why i just couldn't use a reclining gym bench (alternatively called slant boarRAB) which can be found for substantially less. though they don't pivot backwarRAB they still pretty much do the same thing -- keep the body in an slight decline. and if i am only going to use a moderate decline, as many experts recommend, i can't see why this wouldn't work.

what do you guys think. yes? no?
