...battery. How many milliliters of ? 1.4 M NaHCO3 must be poured on the spill to react completely with the sulfuric acid?

if they reacted 1:1 ....
M1V1 = M2V2
(2.7M)(91ml) = (1.4M)(V2)
V2 = 175.5 ml of NaHCO3 would be needed

but the react:
1 mole H2SO4 & 2 moles NaHCO3-->
so it will take twice as much NaHCO3

your answer is 351 ml
