top circus" rings a bell? It was an animated movie from the 90's revolving around a circus teaching kids letters, maybe numbers, but I especially remember the comparing of cotton candy, triangles, its very vague! Driving me crazy! Something about a big top or under the big top, cant seen to find anything online. Any help would be great!
