Amsterdam - I'm searching for a public pressure washers to clean my bike chain.?

Hi,
I live here in Amsterdam since a few months and I'm still searching for a steam pressure washer (high-pressure water blaster also known as 'Kärcher').
In Germany we normally have it at a few gas stations but here in Amsterdam I couldn't find any where that gadget is and also the people I asked could not help.

I want to clean my bike especially the chain before I put oil on it.

I hope you can help me ;)
