Amp'd Angel on cricket?

Hello everyone umm i know you can put an amp'd angel/jet on cricket but i was wondering if you could get mms and wap or brew working on it because its like the slider remix kx5....so i think it should be around the same f im not mistaken and if it cant can i flash like the firmware of my old kx5 to the kx18 or something? if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.... :hehehe:
 
i wouldn't recomend to flash that phone. there are significant hardware differences i.e. lack of bluetooth and different camera's. you should be able to configure it for at least MMS. my understanding is that AMP'RAB interface may give you difficulty with the WAP though.
 
Oh really so how do you think ima be able to do that im kinda new with this phone and i dont know about the settings and stuff...can you help?
 
I have a bunch of Amp'd Mobile phones being a past dealer that has taken quite a loss from it. So I would like to find out how or pay someone to flash/reprogram those phones to work on Cricket with voice or anything else available. Can someone help me..I am a retailer and not very tech savvy. I hope I didn't break any rules. :confused:
 
all the phones from ampd are flash over (except the q is a little more difficult but still able to be fully flashed.) only the moto's can be fully mms/wap capable.
 
hmmm...so even though the kx18 is basically a kx5 except for amp'd you think it wont have any mms thats basically the main thing im worried about...I'm look and see if it maybe possible under some sort of program should be the same as kx5 right?
 
man i wish i didn't loose my jet now, i could look at it for you. i think the only problem you'll have is with WAP because the damn ampd live screws everything up with the browser. mms it's just a matter of settings which you can copy directly out of a kx5 (and for all i know you might be able to enter the correct settings for the wap to get it to work) i don't know. try it. and let us know what happens.
