...Iraq. Your take? Dr. Zbigniew Brzezinski is the professor of American Foreign policy at Johns Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies, and councilor and trustee at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington D.C. He has worked in both democratic and republican administrations, and at the zenith of his career was National Security Adviser to Jimmy Carter; helping to negotiate the Panama Canal Treaty, the Camp David accords, and the normalization of diplomatic relations with China. He was said to have counseled Carter to back the Shah of Iran more or run the risk of him being overthrown in an Islamic revolution. He went on to council President Reagan, Bush I, and Clinton.

Dr. Brzezinski is considered America's foremost expert on International relations and foreign policy. He predicted, down to the last detail, what would happen if America invaded Iraq in 2003. In other words, listen to him!

colorado leo: The Carter adm. was actually one of the most successful of the 20th century. He had three good years, followed by a terrible and tragic forth year. Yes, the Shah was terrible. Too bad many conservatives think he was a shining bright star of democratic salvation within Iran. But that isn't th point geo strategically, he was better than the Islamic revolution. Brzezinski constanlty pressed Carter to press the Shah for democratic reforms in Iran.

I had the opportunity to hear Dr. Brzezinski speak earlier this year and he has extraordinary wisdom in the area of foreign affairs.

Dr. B endorsed Sen. Obama BECAUSE of his vision of foreign affairs. This endorsement alone is critical because it comes from someone with years of experience in foreign affairs. Those who hate Sen. Obama will not be impressed with this, because it does not feed into their hate, but to rational thinking people, it gives you something to consider.

very nice and i do agree this guy know what he is talking about . great clip it need to be posted over again so those that haven't seen it will .

we have many foreign policy experts - there's colin powell, madeline albright, henry kissinger, james baker, condoleezza rice.

Brzezinski isn't one of them. and he would hardly qualify as an objective observer in any case given that he is an advisor to the obama campaign.

By your logic, since kissinger has offically endorsed mccain, mccain must be the best in foreign policy. sheesh.

Dr. Brzezinski is "considered America's foremost expert on International relations and foreign policy."

Not the best line to put in your Job Resume, considering the US record.
