the girl jessica on antm, she is in the top 7. She has the best makeup, and im not good at just looking at the person and knowing how to do it myself, i tried pausing my tv and trying to figure out how she does her makeup, it looks like eyeliner on just the top but idk how she does it and what kind of eyeliner, it looks so cute, also mascara but it looks gray, ugh idk. Im experienced with makeup, i do my own with eyeliner on just the top with mascara but i like the way she does it, does anyone know?
