Americans - What is more important, the constitution or the Bible?

Also:
If politicians say the Bible, should they be allowed to serve, as they are lying about upholding the constitution?

The 10 commandments clearly states that you should not worship other Gods. It also instructs killing people who do. Yet, the constitution states that people should have freedom of religion.

So how can you follow both of these documents at the same time?
linuxander - That actually made me truly laugh out and nearly choke on my melon I am eating. Have you never read the Bible or constitution? It is obvious you have not!! The founding fathers clearly wanted freedom from the intolerance of religions. Read sometime, you may learn something!
@@your conscience - Let me educate you a little on your Bible:

If thy brother, the son of thy mother, or thy son, or thy daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend, which is as thine own soul, entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which thou hast not known, thou, nor thy fathers ... thou shalt stone him with stones, that he die. Deuteronomy 13:5-10

Does not sound like "Thou shall not kill" to me. Look it up.
