American Wanting to go to University in England.?

I'm in the 12 grade of high school in the US. I would like to go to a University in England.

I have a 3.0 cumulative gpa. Currently I have a 4.0 gpa. My ACT score is 23.

What are some universities in England that aren't very selective?
