Do you just enroll in it? Or do you have to apply meaning they will look at your high school career? Im going to the army and might do this university online. Can these credits from this university can be transferred to a major university like "University of Kansas" or "University of Oregon" (just examples).
Are they accredited? And i heard they are "REGIONALLY" accredited what does the regionally part mean?
