I mailed my amended return the last week of June. It is now August 21st (2 months later). I have been checking the 'Where's My Refund' section of IRS.GOV but they don't even show record of it. I am starting to get concerned.
If anyone has had to do this also, could you please tell me if you have recieved your check and when you submitted your amended return?
I don't know if it may have gotten lost or is just caught up in a large volume of returns since the credit expired 6/30th.
