I wouldn't take it and I'll tell you why. That's an old Socket-939 CPU, a tiny hard drive a weak as all-hell AGP graphics card and it can't be upgraded without changing the motherboard, CPU and RAM. Now, having said that, I'm a gamer. If you're not, if all you do is surf the web and do office work on it, then it's fine. In that case, buy it and use it till it dies. I mean 1.5GB of DDR1 isn't too bad for running XP and the FX 5200 card is alright for web browsing and office work. In a case like that, it's very worth it. It would still play old-style 2D games like side-scrollers, just nothing new or 3D really. It all depends on how you would use it.
