I put in a pre-order on Amazon for some dvd's that are supposed to be released on the 4th of May, 2010. I called and asked them if they would actually arrive that day. She wasn't sure -- but to speed delivery of the items she told me that she would change my shipping speed from the two day delivery [that I had chosen], to one day delivery, and then refund the excess shipping to my credit card, telling me the item would ship on the 3rd and arrive on the 4th. How likely is it to arrive on the 4th and how likely is it that Amazon will keep their word and refund me the excess shipping?
