Am my business supposed to get the same TFN in case of reopened partnership?

Hi,

As I mentioned on the title, let's say that I was one of partners invloved in partnership business and as the business was shut down, the partnership was closed.

After that, the same partners reopened its partnership business.

Then, the reopened partnership is supposed to be given the same TFN as the one which it had before it closed business ?

I was told from one of my friends that the reopened partnership would get the same TFN as the one before.

Any comments would be heplful for me on this matter.
