i can do a split all the way to the ground. i can lay on my back with my left leg flat against the ground and my right leg flat against my chest. i can hold my foot above my head(heelstretch) i can spread my legs into a 160 degree angle grab both heels and put my chest to the floor. i can stand up grab my right foot and make a tear drop with it. i can lay on my stomach and put my right heel on my forehead.
