i am 12 & turning 13 in a month. i want to buy barbie and bratz dolls and littlest pet shop and polly pocket for my birthday. is it ok to do this?
i also wanna go to build-a-bear and at home i sometimes have tea parties. is it ok for a teen or tween to do this b/c i think its fun!
but i'm afraid people will make fun of me b/c they made fun of me before and now i'm too scared to go out to stores w/ toys.
yes this is a real question i actually do this.

i don't want to go on dates or dances either. some kids actually, A LOT of kids of school spread a rumor that i was a lesbian because i didn't date boys and then everyone tried to avoid me. but i don't like girls. i tried to explain that i don't like girls and i'm not ready for dating but they think i'm lying.
i still dress like a girl, but i don't have my hair out or wear hot clothes i just wear cute sweatshirts and pants.
i am also very tall so people think i'm an adult. I HATE IT WHEN THIS HAPPENS! i still play with toys but i don't have friends cuz no one wants to be friends w/ me.
yeah so the questions is am i weird and is it ok to do this?
if not, tell me how to solve this problem. rude comments, goods comments, anything, is accepted.
p.s. i went through puberty D:

Yeah, it's perfectly fine. My friends and I still used our imaginations to play Lion King (we pretended we were adult lions and used stuffed animals as the cub lions) when we were that age. I feel they force kids to grow up to fast. Be a kid as long as you can. Trust me, once you're out of high school it sucks!!! (I'm in college haha).

It's not weird. I think it's cool that you aren't losing touch with your inner child. Good luck to you
