Am I using the word idiosyncrasy correctly?

So I am thinking of Blog names and I want to use the word idiosyncrasy but I'm not sure if I'm using it correctly. These are the two names I'm thinking of:

The Idiosyncrasies of My Life

or

The Idiosyncrasy That Is My Life

If they both make grammatical sense then that's even better!
