Am I too young to join a gym?

i'm 14 and i'm a girl. me and my friend are thinking of joining a gym next month to do some cardio. our gym choices are:
-powerhouse gym
-LA fitness
-a community center

are we too young to sign up? i know we have to have a parent's permission and everything, but are we just too young?
also, any idea on how much each one of thoses costs per month?
 
Join a gym do to cardio?
In my opinion, all you need to do cardio is a bike, or a pair of running shoes.
Don't waste your money on a gym membership
