I am 53,looks like i may be loosing my licence(speeding on a m/bike) for a month or so.
I gave up smoking 2 months ago,got a pot belly.
I have to go to work so cycling is the ONLY way.
Will it kill me?
it`s about 7 miles to work and back
right, if i have to go up some pavements ect and country lanes do i get a racer or mountain bike?
