I am 31 and have lived with this nightmare for some time now and it is really starting to run my life. The hot flashes are hoooorrible. I can't function correctly with them. I barely get any sleep. I run my own business and take care of 3 kids and it is debilitating my life.......Pls any suggestions or medications that can help cure this?? Thank you!
Am I the only person who gets hot flashes with gas and/or diarrhea?
