Am I the only one who feels weird about having a random male roommate for college?

If I knew the guy or at least if I had a seperate room just for myself I wouldn't be paranoid about it but if it's a guy I don't know and he's going to sleep in the same room I would weirded out and paranoid...
don't tell me to find someone to be my rooomate I don't really know anyone
who needs a roommate for college
I won't know anyone at the college i'm going to be attending
 
why are you so paranoid? you could always put up a curtain in the room separating you and the other guy but i don't think the other guy would feel very comfortable around you if you did that.
 
i'm still in high school so i dont really have to deal with that yet, but... i think its gonna be good ESPECIALLY if you dont know anybody else, because it will sorta "force" you to become friends, or at least get to know each other. Who knows, maybe this will be your new best friend?? That's how most people meet lifelong friends. Don't worry and have fun with it, its college :)
