So im starting freshman year in a few days and i have gym on my first day. I have seen in movies and stuff that the coaches yell like "hit the showers" and stuff. but in middle school i never did do that. i just got out of my clothes (kept the boxers on) and got into my gym clothes and when gym was over i would change back and put on deodorant. Is that going to be enough or am i going to have to get naked and then get into a shower?
Am I supposed to shower after gym?
